Ok I am doing this :dance: at least as they are at least doing SOMETHING with our case finally! Now to find out what the RFE is for and get that sorted straight away!!!!

sunny, this is good news after all you've been through. I think it means your case is out of security and onto an adjuticator for processing! That's great! Hopefully it will be something easy and that approval wont be far off!

I'm glad you finally heard something! At least now you can get your RFE back fast and hopefully get your NOA2 soon afterwards!! :D

Bahhh of course they would not tell me over the phone hahaha do they not know every day we wait for these things is pure torture?! Hahaha...why do they not just say in the email what it is they neeeedd???? hahaha.....

Now days of torture waiting for this to arrive to find out what I need to send! I am praying it is something very easy to acquire or fix!!!

hi!! I really feel your pain re: the waits.. the touches and then RFE!! I was touched many times..then to find out that I got a RFE on July 22( my fiance's bday)!! anyway, got the snail mail on july 24 (My birthday) and sent my documents same day..had it expressed mail. anyway, I followed up today and of course the guy I spoke to didn't give much info..he just told me to wait for two weeks and call back later next week!! I was touched again today..I dunno if that it because i called or they're doing something on my case!! anyway, at least we know that they are working on our files and one of the Feb filers told me sometimes it would take couple of days then they get their NOA2!! I really hope so.. anyway, i'm really rooting for your NOA2..I hope we all get our NOA2 soon.

ps.... I know you really want to give up that #1 spot on Igors list! :D
