Yes, I got an auto respond instantly when I sent the DS-3023. On another occasion the auto respond happened about 5 minutes later. You may have to send again if no respond.

Yes. It is about 1-2 minutes later. This shows you that they have received your email but it takes up to 2 weeks for them to accept the email. I am still waiting for the acceptance. Good luck

I think you and me are getting the response to our emails by next week. I called and a rep said to check by the end of this week or by next week. I am so tired of checking this. I will check on Friday and if it is not on the AVR, I will check next Wednesday. I am really hoping that it will be updated by Friday. Good luck.

jbhypno i didnt see any junk folder i did see spam but that doesnt help..also she tried using yahoo, gmail, hotmail. but still no auto email..nvc told me to keep on trying until we get the auto email...so i guess i ll just do that...thanks for the help......did anyone else try sending an email to nvc ?

Try having her forward the email to you and then you forward it to NVC. I got an autoresponse when it was sent from my email. I don't know why that made a difference but it did.
