hello fellow VJers,

i have a question that I was hoping i could get some feedback on. my wife works in delhi and has a permanent residence in another part of india which is about 4 hrs from delhi. for this reason she has been renting different apartments in delhi for the past 4 yrs or so. on her G-325a form she failed to mention these places and has only provided her permanent residence information. i am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this doesnt become an issue later.

i was planning to have her disclose all the addresses in the ds-230 form later during the process. do you guys think this would be a contradictory information and will it cause any negative effect on the application process. if yes, is there a possibility that i can send in a letter to USCIS with this updated info to be added.

i am really confused and am getting restless. please please advise.

thanks,

Cmnb,

My personal own opinion would not to update the information on G-325A because it might get delay the process of approving from USCIS. If your wife's residence is more than 6 months than you might want to call USCIS customer number and ask them would what to do in this since you didn't mention in G-325A.. Might want to ask any good immigration attonery.. I hope this works out for you..
