I thought I read somewhere that my financee could receive a work permit right away if he came through the JFK airport

Can someone please Verify as to if this is true ????????????

Also His interview is July 24th -- ONe more week from today and We are both SOOOOOO nervouse we can hardly stand it

Could you please advise as to some of the interview questions ??

hey!

I arrived at JFK, and i got the stamp on I-94, Arrival/Departure card; It says : Employment Authorised and apparently it is valid for 90 days.

As for the interview, I am more than sure it's gonna be fine! In my case in Moscow the questions were: How did you meet, Where does he work, Where does he live.....That's all !!! I had an impression that it's a routine for them )

no, as a K-3 is not authorized for work until the I-765 is filed and approved
