Timeline

I know I'm being dumb,but when you see the vermont processing times are december 2007,I have also seen other people who have filed after this date and have been approved. How does it work????

They keep the date until they have the last petition covering that period. I mean they have petitions of Dec 18-2007 working on it.

Vermont is unpredictible. Now they are working with HB1-(visa for working) and they stopped the I129F fiance visas. :crying::crying:

But don't forget to keep checking. The July 15 update should be posted very soon. (day or two) and those figures may change.

They haven't stopped working on I-129f petitions, just working on backlogs. Remember most K1's has a time frame of approx 6-8 months.

They haven't stopped working on I-129f petitions, just working on backlogs. Remember most K1's has a time frame of approx 6-8 months.

Thanks so much for taking the time to clear this up for me, whew I can breather again I was having visions of them sending all the applications to California..............

I am just hoping for approval by the end of the year and anything sooner would be an amazing bonus
