Hi everyone, another question should I include copies of my extention approval notices to prove I was in the US legally and to show prove of my being with my fiancee,we are also including a copy of our lease.Or will this complicate the petition.

As long as you were in the US legally, yes, I would use the extensions but not the lease. Leasing is residing and you wouldn't have had a visa allowing you to reside in the USA.

As long as you were in the US legally, yes, I would use the extensions but not the lease. Leasing is residing and you wouldn't have had a visa allowing you to reside in the USA.

I am only on the lease as an occupant,because it was a gated community it gave me easier access,should I still not include it,I thought it would show prove of our relationship
