i guess my case was denied because my daughter's crba was denied..the releasing officer said her case will affect my petittion

my husband's case missing is 2 year domicile records..

mario lost his state and drivers id -- how do request this out of state?

no school data/records - due to devastation done by hurricane katrina

he was a student no phone bills/cable bills/no w2/taxes/employment ever he was only 19 years old that time..now his 22..he was here 2006 (20th birthday)

now overstays manila since 2006 to this date...since his parents wont help him financially..

i am the breadwinner working for him and my daughter

he wanted to work but he cant..(no work permit)

he wanted to go home but we have to pay 200k penalties,,

since 2007 parents stop supporting him

even i was pregnant with sophia..all dues by the hospitalized (4x threatened miscarriage PHP60k/every other month) --dad paid

daughter was born premature( 7months, daughter stayed hospital for 1 1/2 month paid PHP350k inclu. prof fees)--- dad paid

immigration fees/appliccation- dad paid

lawyer fees- dad paid

and the sad story continues..

I already informed you about the immigration officer in the Phils who is willing to help but I cannot get any clear response from you.

i really appreciate the help however, i dont see any reason why i have to meet with the officer at once..since i dont have the money yet at hand..for privacy purposes..im scared that he will spy and other issues will come up..i fully respect ur help candid..=) and my deepest thanks..i hope u understand that im not yet ready to face the officer yet..because im also protecting my family esp. mario and sophia especially at this rough times..when things are already cleared..thats how i will start fixing my other issues with my husband..again many thanks

I didn't inform him anything about your whereabouts and the name to protect your privacy as well (so no worries). As I told you before, he needs to meet you to discuss things without money involve and you will just give all the private information once everything has been set and cleared but the decision is all yours to make. thanks candid..i will consult with you..as soon as i get things done..at this point..im still worried abt my pending petition since its affected by my husband domicile..what else can i sent them as a proof of domicile because of the issues i had... thanks for understanding and for you big heart for my family..

well sounds to me your husband need to go back to usa without you for awhile and get a place to live and get his place to live and a job or i am afraid you might not ever get here or you file papers so he can stay there in phils and not worry about coming to usa. he need to prove he has a residence here in usa. which after 2 yrs in the phils. usem dont believe he has a place to live and you will become dependant on the goverment. i would just worry about getting your husband out of the country and home you only have ayear to get this all taken care of before you have to refile all papers again take care and god bless

Yeah, I think your husband should return to the US and look for a stable job then file another petition for you and the baby. (After paying the overstaying penalties that is.)

Why is your baby's CRBA denied? Im hoping you will find a good ally in the Philippine immigration, he may plead to lower the penalty.

Hi Jonah, they are right. ur husband needs to go back to U.S to re-establish his domicile like my husband will do because we have to prove his domicile too so he will go back there to settle everything and sent me the documents to pass to USEM. But I know it will be hard for u right now, as u have said that u have a problem at the immigration. He needs to settle it first so he can get exit clearance and I know money is involve here, for flight ticket and immigration fees. I pray that u overcome all this trials. Best of luck to you.

i think you are not denied... there's still hope..

why 200k for penalties for 2 years?

did the immigration told you how much already? it seems too expensive

coz we went to Bureau of Immigration before and they told us fines for not extending stay in Phil for tourist is 500 a month. . i don't know if it's true or not... coz my then fiance ended up extending his stay 3x... instead of paying the fines..

i assumed your husband did not file any visa in staying in Phil longer than 21 days,, and did not extend his stay also,, that's why he needs to pay the 200k penalties..?

if he will go back to usa, he need to pay this,, coz immigration officer in the airport can see when was his arrival date in Phil.. right away,, (wish not) ..

hope his parents will help him with this, coz he wanted to return to USA.. for him to have domicile in USA and find a job.
