Need help? Q2 Other Names Used or Aliases (If married woman, give maiden name). Since i was married already and i'm using my husband's name do i need to put my name using my single name. Q 33b do i need to check yes and Q34 do i need to put my husband for assisting to complete this form? And 1 more Q19 list all the children since i was 6 months pregnant for my second baby do i need to put her name since she's not born yet?

Your status says you are applying for a IR1/CR1 visa. Which form do your questions relate to? There is no Q33b on the I-130 form.

I dont think you should list your unborn child because it asks you to put their date and place of birth which is yet to be determined.. unless you put your estimated delivery date?

Hello Babes_jen24, you need to put first your name as your using it right now... and then on the other name you should put the name that you had before getting married... I don't know 33b is about... i don't have my form open but you should put on the 34 that noone assist you... and the baby name, absolutly not... you are already filling the ds230 probably you will be together before your baby is born...
