ARABA get an annullment and set this child loose. find a grown azz muslim man. go towards Jordan, Iraq, Pakistan, and maybe even egypt. stay away all points south....players mind and body

*******************************

we started our process before and normal without problem about it (help)

in concerning the help, or can't find job, she not understood me or she not want to understand, i am graduating good diploma like Technician specialized in the management companies/entreprises here, but it is hard to find job like that kind of diploma, other job or normal job here isn't enought to help her to go to the inteview in SF for do a standard interview for take bus+hotel, i told her to save 50$ per month then it won't any problem and she says i can't i want u to help me and i have bills to pay

Do you mean your USC wife needs to go to San Francisco for an interview, or where is SF? What kind of interview is this?

Based on mormp3's timeline and signature and what they both have posted, he is still in Morocco, and he is waiting to be scheduled for his interview in Casablanca. His wife would not have an interview in San Francisco. Or am I completely confused?

I may be wrong, but I think that they mistakenly believe that the petitioner will have a separate interview stateside for the I-130.

That's how it looks to me also.

they are suspicious of your case.. I had a local office interview at the LOS ANGELES office back in February 2008.. I brought my parents too and he (immigration officer) was asking them questions on have they met her and her family, did you attend the wedding, those kind of questions.. I also brought a whole backpack full of pictures, and two other backpacks full of evidence (call logs, emails, western unions, receipts, and other things)..

If I remember right, there was one VJ member that had a K-3 and CR1 petition. They approved the K-3 and sent it to the NVC, and on to the consulate. Somewhere in that process they called the petitioner in for an interview for the I-130. I had never heard of this before either. In the end their petition was sent back to the USCIS (which is basically a soft denial). But that is just their case. This could be something totally different.

"Even if you have a job that pays little is better than nothing at all" -- I agree. Because this is what a man does.

Morpmp3 : Apparently you believe you have the luxury not to work. Who pays for your upkeep now? Your parents? If someone is taking care of you, wouldn't anything you earn be unspoken for and therefore completely available to support YOUR immigration process?

And apart from the economic contributions you could make, it would demonstrate your character, resourcefulness and your commitment to your marriage for you to take on any job that is available. There are people even in the US that are working at jobs far beneath their ability for far less than they are worth, but they work long hours and they support their family. Are you too good to do something similar? Or is your wife not worth the personal sacrifice to you?

I don't think her behavior is wonderful. But she has some very legitimate concerns. And you'd better step up and make a change or you can kiss your marriage goodbye.

What did the lawyer misunderstand? Did you want to retain him just not have him accompany her on the interview? If that's the case, you or she could have cleared it up with a phone call.

It stressful and frustrating having to deal with the Gov't throughout the process.

But I would never quit trying to get my loved one here. If all else fails I will move, to VN or some other country, so we can be together. Moving to the US would be ideal, but if its not an option at this time, I'll find another way.

Yes, my husband is in a similar situation - he is not working but he is going to school full time and helping with the family business. He is not lounging about in cybercafes or asking for money from me to support him(though I have helped his family get through a couple of genuine emergencies), but he is not yet able to contribute to our family finances and I have had to pay for all visa related expenses myself. The job situation is very similar in Nepal to how you describe for Morocco - I imagine this is the case for most developing countries. It is not so easy to say 'get a job at McD's' the way it would be here. I would rather G be developing skills that will help him land a better job when he arrives here than have him selling bottled water at bus stops in Kathmandu.
