I REMEMBER READING ATHREAD ABOUT THIS QUESTION BUT I COULDNT FIND IT ANYMORE. ANYWAY, IN NON IMMIGRANT FIANCE APPLICATION FORM, SHOULD I REALLY LEAVE IT BLANK AFTER THE NOTE "DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE, THE CONSULAR WILL ASSIST YOU IN ASWERING THIS PART?

I WILL NOT WRITE THE NAME OF MY FIANCE, AND AFFIX MY SIGNATURE? BAKA KASI SA PILAHAN, TAPOS NAKITA WALA KONG SIGNATURE, BAKA PAPILAHIN AKO SA LIKOD:)

yang part na yan dear, don mo na talaga pipirmahan, i forgot if it was the prescreener who made me sign that part or the post screener or parang di na ata... ang clear lang sa memory ko was di ko sinulatan ng anything ang part na yan and i printed two pero isa lang kinuha.

Hi Ruby,

Leave that space blank. I had mine signed at the Pre-screener's window. She handed me that form and asked me to fill/sign it up. I think the purpose why they instructed to leave it blank is that they wanted us to sign it with their presence.
