You received an RFE... request for more evidence. Lots of people get them and how long it takes depends on many factors. There is an entire thread dedicated to RFE's at the top of the K1 forum. You might be able to get an idea by looking at people's timelines there.

Also, it depend on which question you missed and the answer. For instance if you skipped the divorce date for your last marriage and the date is after the petition was filed, you'll be starting all over. If you forgot to give your father's birthdate, I expect processing will have been delayed from the RFE date until a few days after receiving your response.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I forgot to check a box in Part C.2 of the I-129F, got an RFE in April and am still waiting for the NOA2.

09/28/2012 - OATH CEREMONY!!!!!!!

I forgot to check a box in Part C.2 of the I-129F, got an RFE in April and am still waiting for the NOA2.

i missed the same quuestion ,what service center are you dealigm with ,did you have and luck contacting them ?

The service centres don't know anything. Talking to anyone on the phone there, if you could even get through is a waste of time. You just sent your RFE response back. Are you registered on the USCIC website?

wow, common box to miss it seems.

Nobody can tell you how long your case will be delayed. You will get an update that they have resumed processing once they receive your response to the RFE and then it's just back to waiting.... sorry.
