Zaids pics make him look like a "chill dude" in all honesty he is a VERY high maintenance child...

He was laying in his bouncer this morning and I was doing some cleaning, well, i dropped the baby gate and it made a very very loud bang, and the poor baby jumped so high and let out a cry i have never heard before, it was a "im terrified, ####### was that, come hold me" cry...I felt soooo bad!

im still contemplating what i want to do today. I do wanna go to the dunes but, it says its windy and i cant bring zaid if sands gonna be blowin all in his eyes!

 Poor little guy!

Yes Zaid looks like he couldn't be happier in all his pics! So did my daughter, but those were literally seconds of happiness. She screamed and cried practically 24/7 for the first 7 months. I tried breastfeeding, switching formulas and nothing worked. I feel for you. It will end eventually, I promise. Although my daughter is still pretty demanding even at the age of 9. At least I know what she's upset about because she's not afraid to tell me.

"True freedom and the end of suffering is living in such a way as if you had completely chosen whatever you feel or experience at this moment. This inner alignment with Now is the end of suffering. Is suffering really necessary? Yes and no. If you had not suffered as you have, there would be no depth to you as a human being, no humility, no compassion. You would not be reading this now. Suffering cracks open the shell of ego, and then comes a point when it has served its purpose. Suffering is necessary until you realize it is unnecessary." Eckhart Tolle

Jenn ~ Your dimsum looks awesome! Taking my niece to the movie WALL * E today, anyone see it?

My daughter and I went to see it on Friday. It was kind of slow but still very cute. It didn't help that I had a verrrrrrrrrry long day at work and was ready to fall into bed though. My daughter enjoyed it. Don't forget a sweater for your niece. I always forget how cold those theatres are!

Good Morning MENA (and Charles)

My son got home last night from 3 weeks at camp so today will undoubtedly be laundry day and some home cooking. he requested meatloaf and mashed potatoes :)

His baby sister is SO happy to see him, when he first got here she stared at him unblinking for a good 5 minutes then followed him all over the house the rest of the night and cried when he got out of her sight. it was pretty cute.

Jenn that dim sum looks SO good, we dont have a restauraunt here for it and your pic makes me super jealous. well, except for the snails. not so jealous of THAT.

Hope everyone has a good day! its just another hot and dry one here..... blah.

Good morning peeps! Not sure what I'm gonna do today, there seems to be nothing to do lately especially in this hot weather.

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

Charles, plz invite my husband to help you! We went to a friends home for dinner last month and the 4 husbands decided without 3 of the wifes permission  to go get a tree and tackle it down... I voted for them doing it bcz it looked too easy and fun and in reality it wore the guys out and the wives got to stay chatting a bit longer
