Mornin everyone

Kelly, a friend of mine took her three month old to the Dr yesterday, because the baby's hair was falling out. She was freaking out. He was laughing at her and told her it will grow back not to worry.

Jackie, sorry about the job. I hope you will find a new job soon.

We are leaving this weekend for Palm Bay FL. to see someone I met on VJ 2 years ago when we just started our visa process. Ginger doesnt come to VJ much, but she is one of the first ones I sought help from because her Algerian husband had just been through the interview. Hachemi and Farouk have become great phone friends and we have talked to them just about every weekend for 2 years. Now we are going to finally meet them in person. Palm Bay Florida is pretty close to Orlando so we are going to visit some of the Disney parks while we are there.

So many cute babies in here. I was reading are article today about Push Presents ( http://www.detnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/artic.../807110361/1005 ).... in Jordanian customs these have always been given/expected. Just wondering if those of you with little ones received a gift and what you got? My SO has already dropped hints that she hopes to receive something....good thing momma taught me well ;-)

Thanks you guys for your nice words. I am sitting here mildly freaking out. I have a list of 14 places to apply at. Some better than others. I told my boss that his archaic way of paying strictly commisson was outdated and he may want to consider paying his key people what they are worth.

Century Tile is interested in me. I talked to the manager for 20 mintues on the phone and we know a lot of the same people! I told him how much I sold last year and he said 'I need some of that'. He has to talk to his district manager and I think they will call me on Monday. inshallah.

I am just going to chill this weekend and take time to smell the roses.

I'm not the only one here around 40. I am so annoyed with how long my period in going on this month. I want to have sex with my husband.

I have been on the Pill forever and usually my period was 5 days. Recently gone to 7 and this month I'm almost into my 9th day.... #######!!!

Anyone else have this issue??? Is this more of the joys of aging?

Really? I have never heard of this custom. No one in my family or his practices this. Is this a religion based custom? (please say no...please say no...please say no )

I am!

I was fairly depressed over this most of the day. This totally means I cannot visit Ibrahim before his visa. We will remain separated until his visa comes. Damn, instant coffee and hand laundry is in my future. I hope you guys can put up with me for a few more months. Oh the new place...opens at 7:30 am....yea right. lol There goes my late nights on Second Life and starting daily threads.

Oh and they wear white shirts that say Century Tile on them...lol That's pretty funny. On the bright side, I don't have to buy clothes for work. Just pants and try to keep white shirts white. I think I will make quick friends with the local dry cleaner.
