Hello Everyone!

I beg your indulgence, I know this topic is about Adjustment of Status.

I am scheduled for Biometrics on July 23 at the USCIS Tennesee Application Support Office. I live in Kentucky, the office is about 3 hours drive from our place. Another office in Missouri is about the same miles/drive away, but we have a relative we could stay for a night. I called the USCIS and was informed that I could have my biometrics taken at any office convenient to me, as long as I bring my appointment letter. Is there anyone who had the same experience here?

Will appreciate your inputs.

Thanks,

Manila

Hi there :). I had my biometrics last June 19( Kansas City, Missouri). Are you referring at the same USCIS office?. I had an easy biometrics there that took less than 30 mins. However, I haven't heard of anyone here going to a different USCIS office for their biometrics other than what is stated in their appointment letter. I'm sure anyone who has done this will be able to share their experience to you. Good luck in your AOS process

hi,, i am scheduled for my bi0metrics tomorrow and I have the same situation as yours .

The ACS appointment that I got is for Charlotte, NC , which is 3 and half hours drive from our city.

We called USCIS a week ago and asked them if I can have my biometrics in Raleigh office (which is 20 minutes away from where I lived) they said, I can just go in Raleigh instead of Charlotte and just bring my appointment..

I supposed to call raleigh office to confirm but i can't find any #., so goodluck to me tomorrow...:) hope it will turn out fine..

I will tell you tomorrow if it's a problem or not.

goodluck
