I-129F petition was approved by USCIS on 3/27/2008, I understand that they are valid for 4 month from approval time. As I indicated in another thread, the processing of our visa application is still not completed. No additional information was required from us and we were advised that the petition is still undergoing Administrative Review.

Do I need to request revalidation of I-129F petition K1? How and where?

Thanks!

No... because you had your interview....

I have a similar question. In my case, we have submitted information to US Embassy in London, but are still waiting for interview. The expiration date on the approval notice is August 2, 2008.

I called Department of State and got two different answers on two days - one person said, they will renew automatically and another said, you better check back with us once a week as the application could expire if you haven't sent anything in. Once again, confused.

My fiance mailed application early June. He sent it registered delivery, but has lost the receipt so we unfortunately have no proof of mailing. Should we resend the application before the approval notice expires?

Also someone mentioned here recently an email address at embassy to enquire about your case, if you can point me in right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
