Need some advice guys

Ok, so i have a couple questions about the I-134 i guess.

My fiance is starting a new job next week, which is really good, but he really wants to go to school in november, he got approved for a respatory therapy program and now is having a really hard time deciding between starting this new job or staying with his job he has now and going to school in november which is what he really wants to do, its a hard decision, and i told him that if he went to school i'm not sure how good our chances are that we can prove he can support me, we dont have anyone to co sponsor and im just afraid that if i tell him to go to school (cause i want him to be able to do that) that we will get declined and i wont be able to get my visa.

anybody have any suggestions or know how it works if someone is in school how they can prove support? I just dont want to hold him back from doing that, but at the same time right now we just need to do whats best for the visa. :(

A lot of folks on here are students, but they get cosponsors. Is it possible for him to go to school part time? Is it possible to wait an additional semester or two until you are here and have completed AOS and can work also?

thats the thing, if he is going to go he has to start in november, and i dont think ill even be there by then, i mean, wish i was lol but i doubt it, and we dont have someone that can co sponsor me, and it is a full time program. guess student loans dont count or anything like that?

I don't know. Someone here probably knows.

Even assuming they are, I doubt they would be enough, at least not on their own. Maybe in combination with a part time job.

Someone here can probably give you a better answer than I can on that. You might also try asking on the K1 or Foreign Embassy Experience branches if you haven't already.

I highly doubt that student loans will count as income in this case. He will have to make whatever the min. dollar amount is to support you. ($17,000 or something?)
