Has anyone seen this situation

Hello all,

My fiance had interview in Moscow this morning, and since she is not Russian (She is from Iran), they placed her the last person in line eventhough she was there before 7:45am.

After long wait, she was called to the windows and the CO was very polite and asked her the same normal questions (how do you know each other,...) and after everything was done, he told my finace to come back on Monday so we can let you know if they can give her the visa or not. Has anyone seen anything like this before? They did not asked for more evidance or anything else. Is this normall?

Just wanted to let everyone know how excited I am, my sweetie got her visa today, and she will be home soon.
