hmm ,., ganun ba yun? pano yun mag 2 years na kami ni hubby nxt year ng feb and hopefully ill be in US this year? ibig sabihin ba nun mabilis ko makukuha yung GC?

I want to know if you file the EAD first or work permit (k1 visa) than the I-1485, or you will file that later for the green card..is it true that you will receive the green card valid for 10 years than you will file the AOS EAD and AP together and you will receive the green card like conditional only??? like its better to file the EAD first than I-1485 together
