My wife paid the 650. We sent a fax to Delbros. I've called many times. Today I called and Robbie confirmed that Delbros has received the payment (I wanna buy that guy lunch!)

Anyway- our interview is next month, approximately 5 weeks away. When will be a good time to call and make sure they received her documents and sent them to the NSO? 2 weeks before the interview? 3 weeks?

Also, once NSO receives them, should we contact NSO and ask when they will send those back to Delbros and then return them to the embassy?

I also paid Delbros around 5 weeks prior to my interview. My fiance and I tried calling him several times but he wouldn't pick up the calls.

After the CO interviewed me, the guy at the W-37 asked for my Metrobank Receipt. I informed him that I sent a fax to Delbros and USEM already and showed him the photocopies and receipts but he still asked for that Deposit Slip (blue). Have it photocopied then before your interview.

God bless. . .

I think this is how the document process goes...

1. We pay the document verification in Metrobank then inform Delbros thru text. Sometimes they dont reply quickly. You may also want to call Robbie to be sure. If you dont get a response from Delbros hotline, just send them texts messages until you get a reply. And see if what Robbie and the hotline say, match. They say (meaning it's just a hearsay) that Delbros wait for mondays to inoform USEM of the payment list.

2. Once Delbros confirmed our payment in Metrobank, they will inform USEM that we paid for the document verification.

3. The USEM will then make a request of documents to be verified and send it to NSO. They say that the document verification lasts about 10-28 days. It's a case to case basis.

4. Once the results of the document verification are done, a personnel from USEM will get the results from NSO every friday.

That's just my analysis though. I maybe wrong. But more or less that's how DV goes.

Just follow up with Delbros, this is their hotline number: 09176221949. Dont stop sending them messages until you get a reply.

Goodluck. This DV process is really pissing us off. You are not alone. :)
