I have a few questions about this form if anyone can answer.

Item 10, where it asks who I have submitted a visa petition on behalf of I just have to put my fiancee correct?

Item 11, where it asks if I intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item 3 (i.e. my fiancee) I should check I do not intend since my support is not for a specific amount.

Am I correct in my assumptions?

Thanks!

Steven

Item 10 - This is going to be just your fiancee since her child's visa is covered under hers. But, just for the sake of KISS (Keep it simple, stupid) I'd probably put her child on there as well since the knuckleheads sorting all the govt. paperwork may miss something.

Item 11 - I put something like "submitted in conjunction with K-1 visa petition for XXXXXova, XXXX"

Worked for me! Also, keep in mind the I-134 is simply to prove that you make 125% of the poverty level, it's not a background check into your life or what you own, etc. It's the same form big businesses have to fill out when sponsoring employees so there are a lot of questions on there that aren't even applicable to your K-1 visa. Once again, KISS and list your occupation/earnings and not much else.
