11/05/2012........Eligible for Naturalization.

Visa approved-December 2005, 1 week later after supplying "more information"

Arrived U.S.A.-December 2005

Removed Conditions-September 2008

Divorced in December 2013

I think he was ticked off at something at some point she did or didn't do and decided that was the place to do it??? I'am telling you this now.. I would've punched him in the throat and walked away from his quivering body on the ground calling it a "brake dance" cause that would have to stop.

I have no toleration for things like that. I wonder what the person was thinking that put it on youtube...

She bumps into his arm at one point, and on the last spin right before he hits her, it looks like he's trying to force her to spin, looks like his anger is building at that point.

The most troubling part of the whole thing is that she doesn't appear to react much or to be very surprised. It's only a few seconds of video, but I get the feeling it's not the first time he's done something like that.

To me , shes a poor Lady , thats humiliating infront of many people seeing how he slaped her face more than three times. maybe it was shooking for her at the moment so she did not knwo how to react, but im sure it ill cause pain once they back home i hope for both of them , (after she punsh him in face)

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(
