has everyone had their checks cashed? They have had my I-130 for a week now and still not cashed it. :(

Guess you just need to wait.. We haven't receive NOA1 for our I-129F till this date..

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

My husband finally received our NOA1 last July 31.... I'm happy because it's not an RFE but I'm still feelin sad because it will be a long way to go before I can move with him just thinking about of 3 to 4 years of waiting... ohhh I can feel my heart is ripping apart.

I just have a question... I hope anyone can help me out on here or just give an advice on what to do, it will be highly appreciated...

My husband is an immigrant and we're married just late last year and we have 3 wonderful kids.

Now, after we received our NOA1 what we will have to do next???

To wait for how many years? Someone told me it will take 3 to 4yrs. before my husband petition will

be approved, it's that true?

There is another recent post about this in this forum. It was stated it will take about 5 years as you have to wait for a visa number to become aviable.

What???? It applies for spouses like us? I thought visa number is always available for spouses. My goodness! I am sure my husband could not take that long wait..

I think it applies to people who do not have their US citizenship and are petitioning for spouses. Just search the threads and you should find it.

HI EVERYONE ...........CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHICH SERVICE CENTER IS FASTER CSC OR VSC...........AND WHY IS THAT ...........

It just depends, csc is faster for cr1's and k3's i think and vsc is faster with everything else. But you dont get to choose which one you get to file at as you have to mail ur petetion to chicago and they foward it to one or the other based on were you live.
