Even my example guide doesn't answer this questions as to :

Question 10I have submitted Vias Petitions to USCIS

Shouldn't this have the Fiance name and info inserted, as my example says NONE!!!

Thanks

JB

I don't know what example you are using but your fiancee's name should go in quesiton 10 like the VJ example: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

On another note, is there ANY reason why I cannot complete the I-134 form, get notarized, have bank officer certify my self employment letter and then attach 1040's and leave with my finace BEFORE getting the NOA2 notice??? This way i won't have to mail these over after I get back home

My understanding NOW, is that you can ALSO fax these docs over to Ukraine along with faxed copy of NOA2 approval after you get these, so she will have ready for interview, but why not just giove them to her early if I will be there? Any time or datre restrictions on the I-134?

Thanks again for all your help
