IV FEE PAID- 08-08-2008

IV PACKET SENT 08-11-2008

NVC recive mail 08-13-2008

Use your married name since this name will be cross-referenced at the time you submit the clearance on your interview...You must be cleared from any criminal record/s under your married name & not in your maiden name...

I agree. You must use your married name. That is your name now and you must use it.
