babybeta, why are you listed at a CR1 when you have filed a 129F? That's a K-3.

MSZ, My husband filed our I-130 in December 2007, and he filed a I-129F (K3) a few days ago. My husband prefer the way of the I-130, but we felt very desperate last month, and we decided to have two ways to be together.

I do not understand too much, sorry! And my English is not very good!!! Sorry!!

The Touch was in my I-130!

I understand all of your frustration guys. I' m frustrated too. I hate this whole VSC and USCIS system. It's a Bulls***.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS A GOOD IDEA OR NOT, BUT NOW I FEEL THAT WE HAVE TWO CHANCES, NOT ONLY ONE!!

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE GOOD WAY IS THE I-130, IT IS BETTER! BUT IF SOMEONE WILL GIVE ME TOMORROW A K3, I AM GOING TO FEEL IN HEAVEN!!!

WHEN YOU FILE A K3 AND A I-130, AND THE USCIS APPROVED BOTH, YOU CAN CHOOSE, RIGHT?

AND THE GOOD ONE IS THE I-130, RIGHT?

Add my name to the list of Dec filers. They say it takes 6 months but its like a script they must read when they tell us that. All we can hope for is that they can pick up the pace and start approving stuff.

I think someone needs to do a reality show of what people do in government jobs. Do they really work?

Hey Guys Don't give up and don't forget they go by NOA1 ( I-797 Notice of Action date) not the day they received your application, like I said on other thread Today one 12/20/07 filer got approved and one got touched so looks like Vermont has started working on december files.
