hi there people,

my fiancee is thinking of changing her career just before we send off the I 129 f. i just wanted to know if thi will affect us in any way ! ie form the affidavits etc etc

I-129F arrived at VSC: 08-21-08

NOA 2 (IN HAND) : 1-29-09

NVC Received : 02-06-09

NVC Left : 02-10-09

Consulate Received : 02-11-09

If her new career does not provide the financial earnings capacity to satisfy the CO about the "public charge" question then yes it will impact you... If the CO is satisfied, then there will be no impact.

what is CO? her job before meant she didnt meet thte 125% earnings so we needed a joint sponsor!

if she got a job that did earn enough, how long would she need to be in the job for: so that we would not need a joint sponsor???
