Hello, everyone. well i find my true love . Raquel and i are engaged and the wedding will be on Jan 20th 2009.

i was wondering ,if anyone could tell me the cost for the processing of the paperwork.

i would like to know the total cost of the k-3 visa. and the paper work leading up to the k-3.

January 17,2007 was personally introduced to Raquel.

January 20,2007 Raquel an I started chatting online an on the phone.

March 11-27,2008 visited Raquel for the first time.

March 23, 2008 proposed to Raquel, she said OO!!

October 08,2009 sent in I-129f

October 12,2009 received our NOA1

January 12, 2010 received our NOA2

NATIONAL VISA CENTER

January 18,2010 case arrived at NVC

January 22,2010 case assigned MNL # thru letter arrived

April 21,2010 raquel arrived at CVG

May 22,2010 we got married

April 21,2011 we had a baby boy named Aiden

ang aking buhay, aking pag-ibig, ang aking lahat .. mahal na mahal din kita,Raquel at walang ibang! magpakailanman at kawalang-hanggan!!

ok total cost of k-3 proceess is (drum roll) is 1,811 +/-

$131 for visa application fee

$235 for medical at st lukes

$1010 for adjustment of status fee when she gets here

$80 for biometric fingerprint fee.

$355 petition for alien relative

its big money so gotta have a big checkbook ;) and thats if they dont do another price hike on fees... Good luck..

i just want to add up

DELBROS = Php650

CFO = Php250 + 400 for the stamp

hotel + airfare + taxi expenses if you are outside metro manila

06.17.2010 - submitted our papers

06.19.2010 - papers arrived at Chicago lockbox

06.24.2010 - Check cashed

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

K1 is much better and safer for the pinay than marrying in the Philippines.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
