07/31/2008: K1 visa issued

08/05/2008: U.S. entry as a K1 visa holder

09/03/2008: Wedding at the City Hall:)

10/16/2008: Biometrics appointment

12/08/2008: Filed a Service Request for EAD (more than 75 days since petition received.)

I sure hope so. I was getting tired of waiting. But I guess now I have to get myself moving on all the other paperwork. I will be visiting my fiancee in the US tomorrow, so we will have a chance to go through the NOA2 together and work on phase 2! It's so much easier to do the paperwork when we're together in the same place.

Good luck to you in Tokyo! I have always wanted to visit Japan. I'm sure I'll make it there one day. Visajourney Ichiban!

NOA2 Approved!!!!!

Oh this is so good! I just lost $50 watching Germany beat Turkey in the Euro Cup, and then I grumbled over to my computer to check my emails and there was an email from CRIS stating that they have approved our petition!! I'm so freaking happy... Germany can keep my $50 lol

Now comes phase 2 of mission "endless paperwork". I'm ready.
