I am just wondering how reliable the USCIS website is when it comes to changing the status of your case. Is your portfolio updated consistantly or do you get a notice via mail before they are updated. Also wonder if you received an email for your approval or you got the notice in the mail first. Thanks

Sometimes USCIS is not consistent updating its website, i have seen people here who just got their NOA2 in snail mail while their case is still pending in USCIS but most of the time you will see that your status has changed when u logged in if some changes happened with your case ex.: RFE,Approval Notice Sent,Etc.

Sometimes USCIS is not consistent updating its website, i have seen people here who just got their NOA2 in snail mail while their case is still pending in USCIS but most of the time you will see that your status has changed when u logged in if some changes happened with your case ex.: RFE,Approval Notice Sent,Etc.

They are not consistant with anything so expect anything for them to do.

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

WAITING APPROVAL
