CSC Updated again!

Congrats to e-migra and Martina and Jim!!!

Are there any new touches anyone?

(P.S. I will try to get on and update tomorrow, but after that if I am MIA for a bit, it is because I had my baby!)

Good Luck this week with the birth. Take your time and enjoy it as you should. Sorry I have been too long since checking in. I see Rajaa got hers and it looks like you will soon as well. If you have any of the Murphy's Law syndrome like I do you will most likely get approved this week and not know it for some time.

I have been working with the crews to finish one project the past two weeks. Boss said no China if the job isn't completed before time to leave. Let me know if you need help with the spreadsheet while you are with the little one. I should be available after Wednesday.

Good Luck!

What does "Touched" mean and how is it identified to you in the process?

How do you all set up your automated timelines at the end of your posts?

We are just starting the process (in Novemeber) so am preparing as best I can.

Thanks beforehand,

Eric

This thread is in response to a thread I saw requesting the Delicia add K3 filers to her spreadsheet. I understand the reasoning behind keeping CR1/IR1 and K3 separated. Therefore, I have started this spreadsheet for K3 filers, like myself, who are waiting for their NOA2. I am a numbers person and I like to see when people near my filing date are getting approved.

You can find the spreadsheet here.

So, thank you Delicia for showing us how Google Docs can be used. I have never tried this before but am always interested to learn new tools. So I figured I would give this one a shot...

1. For all the California filers, I plan to add those spreadsheets tomorrow.

2. Both California and Vermont filers can send me their updates/changes and I will be happy to update the spreadsheets.

3. Cells highlighted in GREEN refer to approvals that have occurred over the last month.

4. Cells highlighted in YELLOW refer to recent touches. (Disclaimer: We all have seen that approvals sometimes happen with or without previous touches. But this is just another indicator that I was curious to track.)

5. If anyone has any suggestions for changes to the layout of the spreadsheet or additional columns, averaging wait times, etc... I will gladly take those suggestions also.

5. Lastly, If anyone would like to volunteer to share the updating responsibility, you are always welcome to do that also.

Ok, Best of luck to everyone and wishing you all speedy approvals.

Touched is when you log in to the USCIS website and look at your cases. There is a "last updated" date. When that date changes, that is a touch. As far as the timelines in your posts. Just set up your signature under you profile and enter your timeline data.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!
