Good morning all! Well...almost noon but whatever its summer who cares...rain every day here in Chicago until Sunday, and funny - those are the days I will be working out in Downtown.

-Updates on me, still in AP, going on 10 months and I dunno what asking the senator did for me. Please keep me in your prayers guys. I am nearly worn out.

We should all be thankful though, for all of the things we do have. At least we can go out and enjoy our days and dream new dreams.

I think I need some feel-good food to make me smile today, guys don't get me wrong, I'm not a fata$$ or anything, I just love me desserts!
