Plain letter NOA?

Hi, we received the NOA to extend status for 1 year while our I-751 is processed. My daughters names were not on them but my eldest one needs it to get her license renewed. After a couple of days, we received 2 more notices (for my daughters) but it was written on plain paper and wasn't even signed! It said that the letter was to verify that my daughter has been included as a dependent in the request (I-751) and etc. The other letter even misspelled my daughter's last name.

The letter also says that "You may travel outside the U.S. during this 1 year upon presentation of both your alien registration receipt card and THIS VERIFICATION." But the letter looks so plain that anyone could have typed it up!

Has anyone ever experienced receiving notices like this? And would this be acceptable for the DMV and etc.?

Make infopass and get a stamp for everybody. Seems that SS administration prefer stamp. Some DMV too.
