Good POE for getting the EAD?

Still not sure when Chris is coming down yet, but he wanted to know about a good point of entry - especailly one that would give him the EAD (I think I got the abbreviation right?)

He's coming from Montreal and driving down to Lexington, KY. I remembered seeing people talking about the Peace Bridge, but he didn't want to drive all the way over to Buffalo.

Anyone know of a good place in the general area to enter the US?
