Hi everyone,

Letter to K1/K2 Applicants.

She has to submit the forms DS-2053, two copies of Ds-156, two DS-157 and many other forms.

I'm kind of confused myself which I have to explain it to her, I thought we do the medical in the last day with seal envelope and taking it to the interview.

Why we have to submit all forms at that time, I thought we send the package 3 to the consulate. the way is going we submit all forms during the madical exams?????

Can somone explains Package 3.

Thanks for your help!

Not sure what's the visa procedure in China but I'll do my best to sort this out since I'm also confused of what you said...

All DS forms has to be fill out and submitted during her interview not during medical. I don't know what sealed envelop you are talking about but medical exam would come prior to the embassy interview and after medical all results are strictly confidential and will be forwarded straight to embassy by the attending clinic. they will only give your fiancee a copy of her vaccination that she would later on needed for her AOS once she's already here in US. The sealed brown envelope would come later on if she will be granted with visa.

What did you mean by you send package 3 to the consulate?

i think the sending of the packet to the embassy is something that the USEM in the Philippines did away with. from what i have seen here, until recently, the embassy sent out a packet with forms in it. the beneficiary filed out the checklist and ! 156 and sent it back in. and at the interview brought the rest. now the USEM in manila has the beneficiary download all the forms and bring them to the interview. but like you said this is how it works in the Philippines
