correction cause of delay?

My fiance filed I-129f and it happens he put my ex-husband surname next to my maiden name although im annuled.After a couple of weeks he called USCIS to omitted the said surname.We're approved 5/30/2008 and no noa2 hardcopy and NVC recieved.Compared to my fellow here,their file was already here in manila embassy. :crying:

01-28-2008 = CSC recieved petition

02-05-2006 = Noa1

03-14-2008 = touched

05-30-2008 = NOA2 via CRIS

05-31-2008 = touched

08-19-2008 = Interview

09-24-2008 = visa recieved

10-02-2008 = US entry

10-24-2008 = civil wedding

AOS

12-16-2008 = sent AOS,EAD & AP

12-17-2008 = recieved signed by L.Box

1-14-2009 = biometrics

2-19-2009 = EAD & AP approved

3-31-2009 =AOS approved

yeah,my fiance talked to someone from USCIS and saying wait for 45 days because of the said correction eventhough we're approved. :(

Hello lea my friend, sorry last time you called im so sleepy, were on the same boat as you know that,

until now we dont have manila case number yet, i ddnt try to call this week since i got e mail from nvc last tuesday, regarding our case that nvc doesnt have it yet, and i did e mail again tuesday hopefully ncv eill reply soon, or maybe next week again,....yeah its so sad, im hoping end of this month i will have manila case number,.....

keep holding on....well have it soon hopefully....

January 19, 2008- submit papers to uscis

January 23, 2008- NOA1

May 28, 2008 -NOA2

July ** ** **** - manila case number...please.....san ka????
