This is my puppy named Aries. A present from my husband before his tour overseas. I think she's the only reason I haven't gone completely insane.

I had a german shepherd when I was a kid, best. dog. ever.

I want to get another one but my husband doesn't like big dogs at all.

Our new addition to our new family! His name is Max a Toy Fox Terrier and he is currently 11 weeks old and 2 lb 5 oz. We got him from a breeder in KS about 2 hours away, he was the smallest out of the litter of 3 males. His dad (Billy) is an AKC Champ Show Dog. He is starting to get more comfortable here and slowly housetraining. He is so small I am always looking to make sure I am not stepping on him as he prances around! LOL! If only those ears could get direct TV! LOL!

Max, Kirby and Aries are so cute!! I don't know that I've seen a Shih Tzu had any other haircut other than the one I see on Kirby! Two of our neighbours have them, one has one, the other two, and they all have the same haircuts!

LoL, that looks like my mother's dog. Her's is named Rascal, but we call him Rascaltard, he's not that smart. He is however, the best dog I've ever seen around young kids. My niece and nephew are anything but delicate and Rascal just loves the attention.

Hmmmmm those pictures take me back. The first dog I had when I was a kid was a miniature dachshund named Heidi. We also had a great dane named Atlas too, but that was my dad's dog. Heidi was a great dog, very protective and loyal. She bit my mother and really dug into her achilles tendon when she spanked me when I was bad. After that incident, if I misbehaved and was to receive any sort of scolding, It had to be done outside of her view because she would always come and get in between me and whoever it was to try to defend me. I really miss that dog. I hope Gilbert is as great a dog for you

Very cute dog. My sister had one, it too was a champion dog. They are great dogs, but the problem with them, especially champion bloodlines is inbreeding and hemophilia. My sister's dog had it and she had to pay for storage for platelets and plasma for the dog in case she had to have surgery

Final count : 3 cats, 4 turtles, 1 snake, 1 husband

Oh boy....now is time for me to hide under a table or something

I have passed the last 4-5 months spending time ( and money I guess) in a future turtle breeding project. I got little more specific on the kind of turtle I will be breeding, and here's a few of my babies Diamondback Terrapins

And the cats with my husband's Common snapper

Total as of today : 3 cats, 11 turtles, 1 snake, 1 husband
