I think me and my wife will divorce and remary after I apply for K-1, my Cr-1 hasnt been touched since Feb, this punishment is unwaranted. How long does it usually take to withdraw the application? And is there a certain amount of days/weeks I have to wait before filing for a new application?

thanks

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I simply wrote a letter and DHL to VSC. I still no activity that they cancelled, but they are suppose to send you a letter that the petitons have been cancelled. Give it more time, I regret with- drawing mine, but it was for the best and we will re-file soon.

I wish you the best in what ever decision your and your loved one makes. Sleep on it a day or two first.

Truly happy!!!

Based on your timeline, if you do this your picture will suddenly appear in online dictionaries next to the word "foolish".

The cynical part of me hopes that Ilya does it since then the Murphy's law would kick in and VSC would switch from K1s to K3s. The humanitarian part of me wishes that he wouldn't do it because the Murphy's law would kick in.
