in my case when i got the packets from nvc even just the scan email ..they would accept it tell the guards its a scanned copy..sent via email..show them passport ..bring the 2x2 white background photos with u (2 on the first day) 3 on the 2nd day..better bring extra just to be sure...

if jean has xray done last 6months ago she can bring that..=) thats it ..if she has operation done before i brought with me some medical certificates, for the chicken pox vaccine just show jean chicken pox scar..medical is very easy dont wory i suggest go there early when i went there at 6am im already at queue 75...bring the medical fee (convert it to peso so most likely bring 10,000 ( that includes her transpo fee and food )=)

I've heard of people using their NOA2.

Also need passport, 3 PP photos and a ball pen. Lady's! Don't go if in period.

Make copy of PP as St. Lukes will take it and send it to USEM. Won't get it back [hopefully] until embassy puts visa in it.

Friend I'm helping recently called SLEC about early medical and was informed they didn't do them anymore. She went anyway and didn't have any problems.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
