I dont think there is any reason to be concern, lots of us still waiting just he lucky few have been choosen so far. We just have to wait our turn. good luck everyone

You are right, of course. But dang! The closer it gets, the harder it gets...

It was so much easier when I first filed and I had no hope. The anticipation stepped up when the first Junes got it, and then some Julys... It hit a new level when I actually reached my estimated timespan, and then VSC started slowing and I was chasing it while it was slipping into the future. Now I am 3 days past the outside date on the estimate, and it's nearly all I end up thining about. LoL Same for my fiancee--she doesn't even know what Igor's is, but asks me several times a day, "What's our number now? Go up again??!!??"

I know it's useless, but I am about ready to give a call in and see what's up. The kicker is, they don't have to tell me anything until Dec 3....

Ahh well, it'll happen. Patience...patience...patience...

It's so true! It's so much harder now that (hopefully) we're in the final stretch. I guess the final push to the finish line is the most painful, huh? Just have to put our head down and keep on going.....

As someone whose fiance is going through an East African embassy though, I can help but wonder if the wait is only going to be half over when we get our NOA2....ugh. I HATE waiting! I thought I was a patient person before this....

you have a good point there, I noticed the update also and wonder why they put 6 months instead of a date this time. Also i noticed it says as of Aug 31. But as it is now hopefully that means in a month or a month in a half on the outside we should be approved. I checked Igor's list and it showed to VSC approvals from where people updated there profiles one from June 6 and i think the other was June 18. Lets all hope they get to us soon. Good Luck everyone. I guess the good thing is that I didnt feel let down today when i checked and we werent approved yet, I guess im getting use to it, I just hope I dont get to use to it.

USCIS says:

The table shown below is intended to be a tool for customers to view our processing times. When applications and petitions are completed within our target timeframes, those timeframes will be shown (example: 3 months). If we are not meeting our target timeframes a date will be shown (example: April 16, 2008).

Wow, they're up to six month huh? That's crazy. My hubby got a letter from the NVC two days ago saying they sent the petition to Frankfurt It should be there within a week.

i am so tired of waiting! i think i have gone crazy. i check the USCIS site every hour now! lol. 27 people filing at Vermont who have filed after me have already gotten their NOA2! where is mine? last time i was touched was July 7th...

they must pull names out of a hat to decide who gets their NOA2 each day because there seems to be no logical order anymore. how on earth do people have their NOA2 already who just filed in September?!

i think i am going to go eat some ice cream to comfort myself lol

Same here, after coming back from work, i rush to computer to check my status but only a disappointed feeling because of no touch. It been 4 months already. There is no news yet. I wonder what take them so long!!!! I just hope I can get NOA2 by the end of this month.

well got some good news and lots of bad news today. Good news is i went for a bike ride and after 16 miles i had a flat tire, but luckly it went flat with insite of my car, less than 2/10 s of a mile away.

The bad news is i came home and checked USCIS and no approval but that was not unexpected as I think im getting use to seeing no change and no touches.

The worst news is i checked my email and my fiancee Radz is very sick and I think she is gone to the doctor or hospital. I have SMS her but no response as of yet. Now im worried sick that she is ok and dont know what to do. Sorry everyone just needed to vent a little, no one else here to talk to at this point. I still wish eveyrone the best of luck with this process and hope you all get approvals soon. Thanks for taking the time to read this I guess im just rambling at this point

Hmmm. I got in touch with my fiance earlier this week to let him know that we moved up on igor's list and that our timeline also moved up. It's the only positive thing I can relay to him. TODAY............... our timeline moved forward a bit but we moved up 2 more on igor's list. ?????? In addition, the date that appear on the immigration timeline for VSC changed to June 20. ????

I know the timelines are affected by new timelines being added and existing users updating their timelines but I still look forward to seeing some progress and not moving the opposite direction.

We would just like to give all the June filers a little hope. Tonight i logged in to check status at about 7:45 and there were no changes (our NOA1 is 6-25-08 and first touch is 7-11-08) but being the obsessive compulsive that I am I checked it again 15 mins later at about 8PM CST and we had been touched! Now I could hardly steady my hand to click on the receipt number hoping this was the big one, but it wasn't. Even still I'm on cloud nine so my guess is some adjudicators are either working overtime, or working from home, but in any case updates do happen well after biz hours so be on the lookout everyone. Best of luck to us all!
