What does the Dates on the USCIS mean

Timeline

Hello,

On the USCIS website under the processing time in The Vermont Service Center it shows for K3/K4 Visa November 17 2007. so can anyone tell me does that mean thats the date they have finished working on ? or working on? or what can anyone tell me.

it mean the they are currently working on all the application was filed on nov 2007. but i wont really believe their online processing times, i seen alot of ppl got approved alot faster than what it said in their website.

The processing date(s)/timeframes on the USCIS website represent the oldest cases they are currently 'working on.' We have a feb csc filer who just got NOA2 so sometimes its confusing so dont worry just have some patience and it will come.Goodluck!

4/14/12- 3rd yr as PR

1/17/12- mailed packet

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)

Timeline

It's kind of late for VSC. They are already working on Dec and Jan. You should have been approved already. Contact you congressman to have him look into your matter.

they are totally worthless and meaningless...

as are the estimates from this website
