im a february csc filer and sometimes its just so frustrating to see vermont filers who filed after me getting their petitions adjudicated and receiving their NOA2s...i know its not the VSC filers fault but i hope that the uscis should do something about this..its a bitter pill to swallow that the processing of the papers and its adjudication speed will depend on a geographical location..believe me i have nothing against vsc filers but its the system that needs some changing..God bless us all and goodluck especially to all csc filers..patience is a virtue after all....

Not to lessen your grievance but this is an old, old...OLD complaint. Historically VSC has always been the fastest processing center. Even when there was more than just two processing the K1's.

Yes, there is a huge disparity, and yes, it's unfair. But it is what it is.

Just be thankful you weren't involved in the influx last year and waiting up to a year at either center! The disparity used to be much worse... Vermont was pushing them through in a month and CSC was still taking 6. Like I said, it's unfair, and I don't think anyone would disagree. The only thing you can really do is contact your representative and voice your grievance. Well...that, or move. ;)

Thanks for not 'taking it out' on Vermont filers. We had to wait years just to be able to file so believe me when I tell you that it's not really 'easy' for any of us. We were lucky enough to fild with Vermont but I still mailed my Senator's office and voiced a complaint due to the disparity between the two centers. I realize it's just one voice... but it's still... well, a voice. ;)

Grrrrrr Sara! :ranting: You should ask those rude ones if they get to sleep next to their loved ones at night or get to have coffee with them in the mornings or share all those little special moments! Tell them you'll be happy enough to stop calling when you can get a straight answer from one of them!
