i couldn't check ur timeline... since when u submitted ur application? u have to wait for 4 months at most for the NOA2 then another 4 months at most for the interview n med exam. hope so...

oic, it took longer in ur case... ur fiance can make follow-ups... but just dnt worry much, ull have it soon... let ur fiance call USCIS if u want.

This is just my opinion but I think when it is touched it means that they are looking at something they find questionable or maybe a lack of some information. Definitely have the sponsor call the embassy right away to find out what is going on, you should all ready be here!
