Affadavits

Anyone have information on where I can obtain a sample affadavit form or instructions to be used by family members and/or friends in support of my marriage.

My wife is a Canadian citizen and have been married for one month. I would like to include affadavits signed by family/friends from both sides about us and our relationship for the past few years.

Also, are these documents helpful. I am sure they can not hurt the paperwork process the more supporting evidence you submit.

If you have any experience or knowledge in this area that you would like to share it would be appreciated.

Thank you !

You search for the samples on the internet. Google most likely. Sorry that I don't have any specific sites. Affidavits are important when it comes to determining a bona-fide marriage. Evidence of this sort couldn't hurt your case at all. :) I know I sent in about 4 Affidavits. My in-laws, my parents and a best friend from both sides. It could only help your case. Make sure they are notarized! :) They must include the person's name, address, phone number and again, the notarized signature. :)
