Hello to all,

This site is very useful to us. Thanks for all for same.

I have a quick question:

We are divorcee couple. My fiancé is in US and now he is filling I-134 form. He is little confused on below point.

He was married before. His previous wife was in US who was from India.

Point 9:

I have been previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person.?

Point 10:

I have been submitted a visa petitions(s) to U.S Citizenship and Immigration service (USCIS) on behalf of the following person. ?

What should be a answers ?

Can someone guide us for same?

Former spouse in #9 ONLY if he submitted a petition for her as well.
