Affidavit Typed or handwritten

I'm putting all my paperwork together, and I have some friends for my affidavits I just don't think they will do a Homework in their home typing the affidavits for me, and I don't think I should write it by myself for them to sign it, so could I give them something like this for them to fill out and sign?...

Anything will do - though I would generally prefer them to write it in their own words, whether they do it by hand or on a pc its all perfectly OK. I filled out several forms by hand (hadn't found the online fillable ones and never had a problem). Having said this - I didn't send any affidavits - as they seem very weak in evidence to me (we had enough other joint evidence). Some people do, others don't - Good Luck
