Hey All, I just got off the phone with a nice lady from the NVC, our petition was received today :) The first time I call, and it's there, good thing, because calling every day from Mexico could start to be expensive! hehe. Ok, so I have our new case number... but what do I do with that??? haha. Thanks!

You can use that case number if you ever call NVC again to see if they have shipped the petition to the embassy. I think you can also call the embassy to see if they have received the petition.

exactly. since my NOA1 last March 8 i didnt hear anything about our case, even just one touch at all. sound unfair but we cant do nothing about it, but wait and hope for speedy visa.

Dont lose hope, we have similar date when we got the NOA1, we just got our approval last week, July 22nd and they said theyre sending it to NVC, so im guessing yours will be this week. Ask your fiance to call the 1800 number. I hope he was being thorough on sending all the required docs. My fiance sent them extra amount of information, and he also updated them with his income statement last month, the more u provide them a bunch of info the less they ask. I really hope you get the NOA2 soon i super understand how u feel.

Just keep on praying, both of you should though - Ask and you will be given

Our NOA2 approved date is July 22nd. My fiance received the hard copy by mail just last Monday July 28th.

Hi Maria, CONGRAts!!!!!!!!!!!! since you have the MNL number you can pay for the Document Verification to any Metrobank near you and call the US embassy for appointment of interview. God Bless

Hi Caity, im ealry march filers but til now we did not recieve the approval yet ,it was just touched once last july23rd but still nothing change till now. So dont loose hope yours are coming too.

ohhh my goodness!!! i really can't believe this.. the USCIS status checking gave us a wrong info.. guess what eveyone we made it!!! we made it.. we got our NOA2 in mail..God is so good...thanks for you guys who answed my questions..thanks you so much!!

Our petition was touched last July 23rd. We got the hard copy of NOA2 by mail last July 28th.

I'm so happy for all of us.....we are all sooo close to being with our loved one forever I can hardly stand it!!! :dance:

I called the NVC today and was told my package shipped out yesterday - yay! We're getting there!!!

Looking forward to continuing this journey with the rest of you!!
