Yeah the title is pretty self-explanatory. My mom is taking care of paperwork for me since I'm living out here, but when it comes time to send in the I-864, how am I going to get it notarized since I'm not physically in the States? Can I get it notarized in my husband's country? How are you guys who are living abroad going through these steps? Help! And thanks!

You don't notarize the I-864 anymore. No worries.

Sweet! So does that mean that I can have my mom *sign for me* (shhh!!) instead of mailing it back and forth, or will my husband bring it with him to his interview? I'm doing the I-130 without the 129, let me know what you know, and thanks!
