Keep calling with the RFE trick and state your case but please be very KIND. It helps to move them with sympathy. I know it shouldnt have to be this way, but for my family to be reunited, it's a small price to pay.

You do what you have to do in times like these, Im very happy for you.

Im now waiting on my expedite approval, I pray they will give approval to expedite.

The officer herself suggested the expedite, and she even wrote the request for me. She said give it 2 weeks and see what happens.

Funny part, she was a officer in California, VSC workers had went home when I called. She was as nice as the man I talked to a day or so ago.

YES, you call the USCIS main #, speak to one of the Customer Service Reps, tell them you are requesting an expedite. They will have you decribe the reason for the expedite after they give you the acceptable categories. Then they will give you an Inquiry #. wait for 48 hours, then call the VSC Center and explain that you filed for an expedite and give them the Inquiry #

Also, the expedite was for the K3 but they went ahead and aproved both of the petitions. I'm taking whichever's the fastest. i don't care, I'll find the extra grand. Too much time has passed us by. My biological clock is ticking (just a side note)..

Also, Right after I filed the expedite, my petition was touched 48 hrs later, which was the 22nd, then again today, then the approval came

Then I get prett pissy...after all I wouldn't get off my chair if a uscis was drowning in front of me ...I'd say, hold on man. I'll be there to help in 2019.

I understand BELIEVE ME!!!1 and I fel your pain!!!! I filed on September 6th, 2007 and had to wait 5 mos for the NOA1 to file the 129F. At first I wasnt going to file but I'm glad I did. According to VSC (and I dont know the logic behind it). The I129f petition took priority over my I130 which was received 5 mos prior to the K3. They are focusing on processing the I129F.

For the K3 visa.... I'm hoping no more than a few months ... I hoping for an Agust interview at the latest. The US embassy in Nigeria takes about 5mos to schedule interviews for the CR1 and if this is true. I'm going with the K3. I cant focus on the money right now. Love is more important.
