Just when I was about to give up looking for a week or so 2 emails came into my inbox about 15 mins ago from CRIS. It was the approval notice for both the I-129f and I-130. I cant believe they actually approved both after all we have heard recently about K-3's not going through. So this is good news for all of us at VSC as something has finally happened!

I'm just scared I'm gonna wake up in a minute and it was a dream! I was getting really stressed and down about the whole thing.

It has also been updated on the case status online.

I am very happy, my wife doesnt know yet! Will tell her after she finishes work later today.

This is a very interesting development. Please keep us informed as to whether only one, which one, or both petitions are actually sent to NVC. The wording of your NOA2's will give a clue.

Congrats!! hardest part is over!

Should I send my 129? to make them move their arses?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Thank you all! I really must tell my wife! We are 5 hours ahead here in England and she is at work. I'll leave a message on her cell phone and speak to her later. Sarah - what is you news?!!! Good news I hope.

A positive move from Vermont is bloody good news for all of us. Lets us the floodgates open and VSC approvals pour in - as well of course as all approvals. Just know we have had a raw deal at VSC recently.
