hello for those who has kids like me below 5yrs old!!! what vaccination my child recieve at the medical?? and is it hpv for adult is mandatory??? can we just tell them that i would like to get hpv in the US???

depende sis kung ano kulang vaccine ng anak mo. kasi hihingin nila medical record nya yung sa mga vaccine. pwedi ka rin mag request na sa states nalang yung shots nya. pwedi rin yun. katatapos lang namen nung tuesday sa medical. pag may kids ka 4 days ang medical kasi may skin test ang mga bata. anyway i just wanna ask kung nag bayad kana ng document verification fee sa metro bank?hope to hear form u. thanks and god bless

thank you mhay for your concerned!!!! yes i paid delbros 19th of may and i also called Robbie to confirmed my payment.about my daughter she was done her immunization given at the health center when she was just a baby but i dont have her records anymore.but maybe if i can show to them her scar on her shoulder for her past immunization maybe they would believe me! what do you think???

Hi there! I think you can ask the doctor who gave your daughter a vaccine for a letter saying that she has already had a vaccine of some sort. Or if you have a baby book where the doctor logs in your daughter's monthly vaccine, you can present it to them. =)

Anyway, I also have a question about police clearance. Do you need police clearance for the other places you live in (for ex. in the province) or would the NBI suffice the requirement for police clearance. Thanks a lot for your inputs! It feels good to see guys from the Philippines moving forward. I hope Im next.

They maybe have it still but if no record then don't worry about it just tell the SLEC.

NBI clearance ['Police clearance also]covers all of the Philippines. No need for kids under 16. Another Police clearance is required from the country if you worked abroad for more than 6 months since the age of 16.

even your daughter is done on her immunization for sure they will gave her a shots cuz its required. u will have a ummunization interview first and skin test for your daughter before they will give your kid a shots. just explain to them that u dont have record of your baby anymore and lets see what they will gonna do.anyway how old is your kid?

my kid is 5yrs old ! then for mommy and helena no need for police clearance if you never went abroad or outside the philippines !! yes nbi is good if you never been abroad for 6mos !!!! thank you for all your replied!!!

By the way about my other question about hpv for adult is it mandatory??? because as i heard thats a newly discovered vaccination out there....im just a little bit curious !!!!
